There is a series of procedures that we developed to provide preventative maintenance and service checks to the rental properties to reduce any potential problems that may go wrong while our tenants are in house. We keep our properties in excellent condition at the lowest cost because of the team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers and landscapers that we put together. Our housekeeping teams are well trained with their nightly and weekly cleaning procedures.

Style of Management

The style of property management that we use is probably quite different than what you may be used to. In fact, we may not be the right choice for all property owners but we may be exactly what you need to maximize the gross rental revenue on a yearly basis. Our flexible, partnership style contract creates a solid relationship with the owners and gives them a chance to be a part of all the rental decisions. Our new method assesses the potential strengths and possible weaknesses of each individual property and finds ways to make the investment more profitable for the owner. As an example and from recent preliminary analysis, we have found that by simply adding a hot tub to a vacation rental, revenue can significantly increase for any given season.
